WOW, Sanders Just Brutally EVISCERATED Trump On Live TV. Trump Is Fuming

Senator Bernie Sanders, an independent from Vermont, left, and Hillary Clinton, former U.S. secretary of state, participate in the first Democratic presidential debate at the Wynn Las Vegas resort and casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S., on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2015. While tonight's first Democratic presidential debate will probably lack the name-calling and sharp jabs of the Republican face-offs, there's still potential for strong disagreements between the party's leading contenders. Senator Bernie Sanders is still not giving up in his fight against the 45th President of the United States Donald Trump.

In fact, Sanders appeared on CNN’s State of the Union to speak with Jake Tapper on Sunday morning to destroy Trump for mocking the Democratic National Committee’s new chairperson, Tom Perez.

Yesterday, Trump tweeted:

Sanders backed Perez’ opponent, Keith Ellison, as did many of the more progressive members of the Democratic Party, such as Sen. Elizabeth Warren.

However, Sanders stated, when speaking about Perez:

“Right now, I think Tom Perez, who was a very very good secretary of labor, has a real opportunity in his hands, and I hope he seizes it.”

Sanders also went on to explain:

“The idea that Trump thinks the Republican Party is going to be the party of working people when he has appointed people to his administration who want to cut Social Security, cut Medicare, want to cut Medicaid, who want to provide a budget which will give huge tax breaks to billionaires like Trump and then cut back on education and healthcare for the American people…if that’s the party that stands for working people, God help us all. Our job now is to rally the grassroots to take Trump on and to fight for a progressive agenda.”
